Suitably qualified builders are invited to tender for the construction of 2x1Br and 2x2Br villa units at Coonamble NSW. Tenderers must comply with the New South Wales Governments Codes of Practice for Procurement (2005) Tenderers must hold a current unrestricted builders licence for the State of New South Wales, but are not required to obtain Home Owners Warranty Insurance.
