The NSW Department of Environment and Climate Change require the development of a Decision Support System for the Narran Lakes, Macquarie Marshes, Lowbidgee and Great Cumbung Swamp

Tender briefing session

 

A Compulsory Tender Briefing meeting will be organised, in Sydney on Monday 24 August 2009, 1 week after the tender is placed on e-tendering website. The details will be organised and information sent to the potential tenderers on registration of interest with the Project Co-ordinator (Dr Joanne Ling) by email: joanne.ling@environment.nsw.gov.au

 

This briefing will be presented by Dr Neil Saintilan who will outline the expectations of the tender document and clarify any questions that the potential tenderers may have. 

Attendance at this meeting will be at the tenderers expense. 

Address for Lodgement

A Tenderer should respond to the Technical Brief (Attachment A) and Outline Services Delivery Plan (Section 12) and by completing and responding to each of the matters identified. Tender responses, in Microsoft Office 2003 suite format, are to be delivered by the Tender Closing Time to: https://tenders.nsw.gov.au/nsw/ Tenders cannot be accepted by the Department's contacts. Only tenders submitted through the website above will be accepted.

Respondants must attend pre-tender meeting on 24 August 2009
