Provision of Plumbing Services to The Rocks and Darling Harbour - SHFA-120005

The Specification covers the provision of plumbing and drainage services for repairs, maintenance, modifications of existing services, replacement of existing services that have failed to the Authority’s existing and/or newly acquired buildings, structures, Public Domains and Placed Managed sites for various locations within the precincts of the Rocks/Circular Quay, Darling Harbour/Pyrmont, and/or within a 10 km radius of the Sydney CBD, as and when required during a 2 years Contract Period, with options exercisable at the absolute discretion of the Authority, to extend for a further three (3) x 1 year periods.   

The Authority concurrently invites Tender for RFT No. SHFA-120017 for the Maintenance of Water Features at Darling Harbour/The Rocks. Tenderers are encouraged to submit Tenders for both RFT’s..
