The Authority is committed to maintaining the precincts as world class facility and to ensuring that all aspects of water feature assets (“Water Features”) are maintained in an appropriate manner to maintain high presentation and operational standards.
The Specification covers the provision of maintenance services to the Authority’s Water Features within the precincts of The Rocks/Circular Quay, Darling Harbour/Pyrmont, and/or within a 10 km radius of the Sydney CBD, as and when required during a 2 years Contract Period, with options exercisable at the absolute discretion of the Authority, to extend for a further three (3) x 1 year periods.
The Authority concurrently invites Tender for RFT No. SHFA-120005 for the Provision of Plumbing Services. Tenderers are encouraged to submit Tenders for both RFT’s.
