The Invitation to Tender contains Confidential Information and organisations must satisfy State Transit that they are bona fide tenderers before being given access to the full invitation to tender.
To do this tenderers must:
(a) provide a statement detailing their capacity and capabilty to provide maintenance services.
(b) execute and return the Primary Confidentiality Deed to the Contract officer.
