Homebush Bay West (Wentworth Point) Maritime Hub - 09-10/0064/D

NSW Maritime owns two sites at Homebush Bay West covering a total area of approximately 18.6 hectares adjoining the Parramatta River and Homebush Bay. The area is collectively known as “Wentworth Point”. It is intended to develop the area as a maritime hub for activities such as dry boat storage, boat building and repair facilities.

 

This call for Registration of Interest (ROI) is to identify interested commercial parties with the necessary experience and capability to both develop and operate the proposed maritime hub.

 

A two-stage process will be used to select a preferred proponent for the site which includes this Registration of Interest (ROI) followed by a Request for Proposal (RFP) from short listed organisations. To be eligible to participate in the RFP, interested parties must respond to the ROI.

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).
