The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:
Renewal of roof sheeting including flashings, cappings, box gutters and valley gutters and insulation. Associated works include disconnection, storage and refitting of air conditioning units, platforms and walkways, vents and ductwork.
The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.
