The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:
Upgrade the existing Car Park No.3 to meet current Australian Standards by:- widening the existing car park; reshaping and regrading approximately 25% of the existing car park on the eastern end; resurfacing the car park with asphalt; providing new line marking, provide conduits cables and poles for a new CCTV monitoring system; providing new lighting poles and luminaires.
The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.
