Tender Details
In June 2008, NSW Govt announced an Energy Efficiency Strategy which is being managed by Department of Environment, Climate Change & Water (DECCW).
A key component of the Strategy is to support low income households by conducting a household energy efficiency assessment and refit program that helps households to save on energy use and costs and also reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
The program requires a visit to each participating household by an Assessor to perform an energy assessment.
DECCW has defined 22 postcode clusters (PCC) across NSW.
Delivery of the assessments in each postcode cluster will be across the program period January 2010 and ending June 2013.
