Hunter Institute Hamilton Campus - Replace Roofing to Block A - 0802321

The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:

a.       Replace nominated metal roof sheeting, cappings, flashings and trims.

b.       Replace nominated flashings to roof penetrations.

c.        Testing and make watertight all stainless steel box gutters. Replacement of non-stainless steel box gutters. Testing and make watertight all downpipes and rainwater heads.

d.       Installation of roof anchor points and ladder access brackets.

e.        Replace nominated roof membranes.

f.        Replace nominated deck membranes.

g.        Replace nominated curved acrylic roof sheeting.

h.       Replace nominated fixed glazing.

i.         Replace nominated rusted steel roof purlins.

j.         Replace nominated metal infill panels, associated flashings and trims.

k.       Replace nominated metal eaves linings, associated flashings and trims.

l.         Replace nominated metal soffit linings, associated flashings and trims.

m.     Replace nominated metal wall panels, associated flashings and trims.

n.       Replace all roof mounted grilles, screens and their associated support structures.

o.       Replace all roof mounted ventilators.

p.       Prepare and paint all steel framework associated with the curved roof sheet awnings above the windows.

q.       Replace nominated rusted steel framework, support structure, mesh and framework to the plantroom air intake.

The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.

Tenders are invited from those companies preregistered in Hunter-New England Region for Building Works between the amounts of $1,000,001 and $10,000,000.
