Tender Details

The Services under this Agreement include:

Gain a greater understanding of the physical characteristics of each asset including landform and impacts from surrounding features

Assess actual damages through site inspections and spatial data analysis, to identify and prioritise flood remediation projects based on risk, public safety, potential future damages, environmental impact indicators and commercial interests.

Create digital reports using contractors condition reporting application/system/software to share with stakeholders to visualise, measure and interpret each asset (incl. surrounds), with the intention to improved decision making processes and facilitate future betterment actions. Data must be ArcGIS compatible.

Provide on ground confirmation of damage and overall condition/operational assessment of infrastructures. Identify what has caused the damage, and was it related to the AGRN (Australian Government Reference Number) event’s or is it unrelated.

Provide a scope of repair and associated cost estimates for identified flood damaged items.

Assess and identify prioritisation of the repair works required to align to current building standards & practices.

A detailed program shall be submitted by the successful tenderer detailing the sites forecasted to be inspected including timeframes for co-ordination with the Stakeholders, (e.g. access arrangements, keys, security, approvals, feedback, etc.).

This is a Two-Envelope tender. The tender schedules are marked as Envelope 1 Non-Price and Envelope 2 Price. Please submit as two separate files when you lodge your response. The files can be zipped together to be submitted.

Electronic Tender Box Security
