The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:
Upgrading of the Tuggerah Railway Station Eastern Car Park at Tuggerah, near Wyong on the NSW Central Coast. The work includes the following:
- Construction of a new bus interchange facility, including covered pedestrian walkway
- Construction of additional car parking areas
- Upgrading and improvements to the existing car parking area
- Provide “kiss and ride,” taxi and bicycle storage facilities
- Civil works including earthworks, drainage works, service relocations, concrete works, including kerb and gutter and footpath construction, bitumen sealing, line marking and signage
- Upgrading the existing lighting and CCTV security system
The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.

A mandatory site meeting will be held on site at 10:00 am on Wednesday 14 January 2009. Attendance at the meeting is compulsory. Tenders received from contractors not in attendance at the site meeting will not be considered for acceptance.
