Sydney Metro – Stage 1 SSD Applications - SM2021/001

Sydney Metro is seeking to partner with single/multiple Service Provider(s) for providing planning approval services in respect of the SSD Concept Development Applications for the Sydney Metro West Project. The scope of Services is limited to the preparation of Stage 1 SSD Application for the five identified OSDs only (a total of six SSD applications).

 

The Service Provider is responsible for preparing the EIS and coordinating the supporting documentation that adequately addresses the SEARs and environmental impacts generated by the proposed OSD development.

Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Tenderers must submit a signed Confidentiality Deed Poll, template of which is attached, via email to Peter.Lee8@transport.nsw.gov.au, to receive the passcode for the Tender Documents and meet the minimum requirements below.

• The Key Personnel must: have demonstrated experience in the provision of environmental planning services for major residential, commercial and/or hotel tower development projects (>$100 million), including State Significant Developments projects, within the last 5 years
• The nominated Project Director, Project Manager and EIS lead have led the provision of planning or environmental advisory services for at least two State Significant Development projects within the last 5 years
