The Condition Assessment will be carried out on the twenty seven (27) building fabric elements and associated assemblies, contained in the DET Asset Maintenance Standards (Copyright) © 2009, using Principal supplied Condition Assessment System© (CAS).

Your completed tender should be lodged as specified in the RFT Document, however, it may usually be lodged electronically via this web page.
As the tenderer you must be a Registered user of this system.
Click on the LODGE ON RESPONSE link at the bottom of this page, using the RFT specific Access Passcode, then using your system Username / Password and follow the on-screen instructions to be taken to the lodging screen to submit your electronic tender response.
