The University of Technology Sydney (UTS) seeks expressions of interests from flooring contractors that have managed and delivered projects independently. Flooring contractors that can show previous experience acting as the sole head contractor will be preferred over organizations that solely work under the management of building contractors or a project management team. The criteria for this would include being responsible your own programming, supervision, insurances, work health and safety and management of other secondary trades.
