Tender Details

 

Sydney Metro is seeking to engage a suitably qualified Acoustic Advisory Services company.

The Acoustic Advisor (AA) is a role typically required as a Condition of Approval for State Significant Infrastructure projects that are expected to have significant noise and vibration impacts or are likely to encounter complex acoustic issues during the construction phase of the project.

The scope of the Acoustic Advisor role being sought in this Sydney Metro West Services Brief is for the Post-Determination phase (determination of the Concept and Stage 1 is anticipated in February 2021). To fulfil the role, the AA is required to have the qualification, competence, skill and personal attributes to perform the required services, and is subject to the satisfaction of the Planning Secretary.

Sydney Metro management requirements may cover a geographic area from the Sydney CBD, Inner West as well as Western & South Western Sydney

Conditions for Participation

In order to be evaluated as part of this tender, tenderers must meet the following Minimum Requirements:

 ·  Minimum number of staff available – 7 consultants 5, support staff 2

 ·  Demonstrated ability to meet the Educational Requirements (consultants) Tertiary qualifications in science, environmental engineering

 ·  Hold a current certificate for General Induction for Construction Work in NSW (‘White card’) issued by WorkCover NSW

 ·   Membership of relevant professional organisations

 ·    Current Drivers Licence
