STATE-WIDE REAL ESTATE VALUATION SERVICES FOR THE GENERAL MANAGER, LAND AND PROPERTY INFORMATION, NSW LAND AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY - 0701777B

This RFT covers the provision of real estate valuation services for the General Manager, Land and Property Information, NSW Land and Property Management Authority for the period 1 January 2010 to 31 December 2010.

 

The Services comprise:

 

·         Acquisition Valuation Services under the requirements of the Authority Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991;

·         Valuation Advisory Services for Certificates of Value, special valuations and general property advice ; and

·         Objection Briefing Services for objections to land values and allowances issued under the Valuation of Land Act 1916.
