THIS IS AN OPEN TENDER

The Department on behalf of NPWS seeks an experienced and qualified contractor to undertake construction works in Arakoon National Park to build a new toilet block and make compliant to safety and disability standards inferred in the Tender documentation.

The successful contractor will be engaged under the Construction MW21 Agreement.

NSW Regions: Far North Coast, Mid North Coast, New England, Central Coast, Hunter, Cumberland/Prospect, Nepean, Northern Sydney, Inner West, South East Sydney, South West Sydney, Central West, Orana/Far West, Riverina/Murray, Illawarra, Southern Highlands

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Pre-Tender Meeting

A pre-tender meeting will be held on the date, at the time and at:

Location: Little Bay Day Use Area,  Arakoon, Arakoon National Park 2431 (see Figure 1& 2)

The Contact Person will be available at that time to answer any tenderer’s queries regarding the RFT.

Attendance by tenderers at the pre-tender meeting is mandatory.  Tenders submitted by tenderers who fail to attend will be passed over.
