Tender Details

The scope of the tender is to provide cleaning and maintenance services for visitor areas of the Hunter and Central Coast State Forests, and to lawn mowing at Mandalong and Dungog Forestry depots.

These maintenance services for visitor areas include (i) lawn maintenance (mowing, brush cutting and whipper snipping, leaf blowing; application of fertiliser or weed control chemicals in specified areas); (ii) toilet cleaning (removal of any rubbish or non-organic waste from toilet block flooring, disinfectant cleaning of toilet seating and pedestal, toilet block walls and floor with water via hose, removal of leaves/debris from toilet roof and guttering, restocking of toilet paper, cleaning algae/waste/mould from solid surfaces); (iii) shelter, picnic table, fire pit, deck cleaning (removal of rubbish or non-organic waste, leaf blowing, cleaning of solid surfaces) and (iv) garbage collection (handling, emptying and disposal, at an approved waste management facility, of waste from bins on site, including kerbside-style bins, drum bins, collection of bagged and loose / scattered rubbish from visitor area grounds).

  • Be able to deliver the products and services to the desired specification in the RFT. All products must be supplied, and services performed in accordance with those specifications.

  • Complete and submit all required forms and documents.
