Lakemba Town Centre High Pedestrian Activity Area - T23-24

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for T23-24 Lakemba Town Centre High Pedestrian Activity Area.  

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request. The project scope includes but is not limited to:

• Construction of concrete raised thresholds and traffic islands

• Construction of kerb ramps, footpaths, dish drain and kerb and gutter

• Milling and laying asphalt

• Install pits and pipes

• Paving

• Landscaping

• Signage and Line marking

Council will be holding a compulsory briefing at 10AM on 24 October 2023 at 69 Haldon St, Lakemba NSW 2195.
