Architectural Consultancy at Jacobs Street - T01-10

The Women's Health Centre and Occasional Child Care Centre are two facilities that will be relocated to 24-26 Jacobs Street, Bankstown.

The prime objectives of the commission are to:

(1)                 Provide design/documentation for the facility;

(2)                 Ensure design development is undertaken in consultation with key stakeholders;

(3)                 Prepare a cost estimate for all stages of the design/documentation phases;

(4)                 Prepare tender documentation for construction (Council will invite tenders); and

(5)                 Provide a separate fee for contract administration for construction.

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by the Council are set out in section 3 of this Request.
