Rehabilitate aprox. 3.7km section of the Hunter Valley Flood Mitigation Scheme Levee at Wallalong to restore levels to original design levels of the levee
The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.

Electronic Tender Box Security
During the lodgement process all submitted responses received successfully are encrypted by the system for security and stored securely in the web site “electronic tender box”. All responses that are received can only be accessed, un-encrypted and opened after the RFT has officially closed. This is done though a controlled Tender Opening process managed by the Agency’s Tender Opening Committee.

Conditions for Participation
A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on Wednesday 29th July 2020, 10AM at Scotts Dam (At chainage 5000 adjacent to Paterson River , at the South Eastern end of Wallalong Road). Please refer to the Location Plan in Appendix 1
Attendance at the meeting is mandatory and tenders will not be accepted from tenderers not in attendance at the meeting.
