Suitably qualified builders are invited to tender for the refurbishment of 1 x 3 bedroom residence at Gloucester and 1 x 4 bedroom residence at Milbrodale, NSW.
All builders must attend the mandatory site meeting (tender briefing) starting at: 10.00am Monday 19 January 2009 at 36 Elliot Street, Gloucester ( followed by Milbrodale). Tenderers must hold a current unrestricted builder's licence for the State of New South Wales, but are not required to obtain Home Owners Warranty Insurance
