The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:
Refurbishment of existing toilet blocks including demolition, removal and replacement of existing pans, toilet partitions, fittings and fixtures. Removal and replacement of tiling to floors and walls. Internal and external painting of buildings.
The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.
