Reiby Juvenile Justice – Pre Release Unit - 0901776

Provide full Architectural service as a sub-consultant to the Government Architect’s Office, carrying out design development & documentation of an alteration and addition, to an existing 1970's building into a Pre release unit.
This unit is to support and accommodate Detainees in the later part of their custodial period, before they rejoin the community. 

The service is to cover Project Team meetings, Design Development, Contract Tender Documentation, Tender Technical Specification, Co-ordination of all sub- consultants documentation, Interior Design and the nomination of an alternative Mechanical Consultant as part of the tender.
