Scope
Through this Request for Tender (RFT), the State Contracts Control Board intends to identify contractors that will deliver safe, efficient and flexible supply chain solutions for the disposal of sanitary napkins, nappy and sharps waste for Government agencies, State-owned corporations and other Eligible Customers. 

The strategy is to optimise service, cost and environmental outcomes through the aggregation of sanitary and nappy waste disposal with sharps waste disposal through common service providers. This will create efficient and flexible supply chains and service options across various regions and reduce the “hidden” purchasing costs associated with acquisition. Whilst it is desired that tenderers bid for all categories, tenderers may elect to bid for sharps disposal only. If tenderers elect to bid for sanitary or nappies they must bid for both sanitary and nappy disposal.

Where suppliers provide other service lines such as supply, installation and maintenance of other hygiene services including change tables, paper and towel dispensers and sanitisers, these may be tendered for consideration for inclusion under this contract as miscellaneous services.

If you do not have a current licenced copy of the software, a copy of the software can be downloaded from this web site at no cost as part of the download process. The License Key to activate this software can then also be purchased off this web site for $110.00

After you login and access the RFT more options will be presented to you relating to the software.  

Your tender response should include at least one file with a file extension of ****.DTR to be a conforming tender.
