Aerial support is sometimes required by NSW DPI in connection with the Research Operations, and may include the use of Helicopters for aerial photography. NSW DPI requires a suitably qualified aircraft operator to provide Aircraft, Pilots, Aircrew and logistics support for the purpose of providing aerial support services for such tasks on a contract basis. The Task Profile developed for Services involving aerial photography with helicopters is detailed in the RFT document.
