Tender Details
Scope Carry out the condition assessment Australia wide in two phases being every DIAC facility in phase 1 and remaining facilities in phase 2. Train assessors in CAS software and all relevant processes. Inspect every Building/Structure/Services, Space, Room and Grounds and record all conditions where the minimum performance standard is not being met for the selected building elements. Add buildings / spaces where an item of work is to be recorded.
The Consultant will inspect only 25% of all accommodation facilities/rooms.
Note that all sites, most buildings, but minimal rooms will be pre-loaded into CAS.
The Consultant must use the issued floor plans to determine scope of rooms/spaces to record and inspect.

A Non – Mandatory Briefing to be held on Wednesday 3rd of June 2009 at 2:30pm.
Location : McKell Building , 2-24 Rawson Place, Sydney. 2000.
Note - The will be no access to sites during the Tender Period.
