Tender Details

Scope

Carry out the condition assessment Australia wide in two phases being every DIAC facility in phase 1 and remaining facilities in phase 2.

Train assessors in CAS software and all relevant processes.

Inspect every Building/Structure/Services, Space, Room and Grounds and record all conditions where the minimum performance standard is not being met for the selected building elements.
The Consultant will inspect only 25% of all accommodation facilities/rooms.

Add buildings / spaces where an item of work is to be recorded.
Note that all sites, most buildings, but minimal rooms will be pre-loaded into CAS.
The Consultant must use the issued floor plans to determine scope of rooms/spaces to record and inspect.

Carry out the Condition Assessments using the Condition Assessment Software  (CAS).
