Tender Details
Heritage and Building Services (HABS), Department of Commerce, provide a contracted maintenance service to a number of Government agencies.
A significant client of HABS is the Department of Education and Training (DET).
This requirement primarily relates, but is not limited, to Inspection, Testing, Certification Reporting and Repair of Smoke Control Systems Alarm systems Control/Indicating Panels and Fire Hydrants for DET in the districts of Sydney including Central Coast, Blue Mountains and Wollongong and Newcastle region including Lake Macquarie or both regions (Sydney and Newcastle).
The period of the proposed contract will be up to two (2) years with three (3) x one (1) year options, depending on the RFT responses received exercisable at the discretion of the SCCB.
