MSAC OHS Culture Project - IINSW09/16

Industry and Investment NSW (I&I NSW), on behalf of the NSW Mine Safety Advisory Council (MSAC), through the World Leading OHS Culture Management Working Party (WLOHSCMWP), is seeking written expressions of interest (EOI) from appropriately experienced and qualified services providers to apply innovative approaches to developing and delivering of services and products to the NSW mining and extractives industry for: 

• Benchmarking OHS culture and culture change 
• Benchmarking OHS systems and practice and improvement 
• Building capacity through site based assistance to build culture and practice 
• Building capacity to manage change through developing industry champions including employer groups, unions and regulators.

This request for EOI is in four (4) separate or discrete parts. Prospective service providers may submit an EOI to provide services for any or all four discrete parts. Prospective service providers must indicate the parts their proposals cover and, if submitting an EOI to conduct more than one part, whether they will accept engagement for separate parts or only all four parts.

The purpose of this request is to establish a short list of candidates that may be requested to tender a fixed price proposal for consideration.

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).
