Tender Details

Council is inviting Tenders from interested parties to tender for leasing of a Coffee Shop/General Store located within the Glenmore Park Child & Family Precinct bounded by The Parkway & Blue Hills Drive Glenmore Park as per the outlined terms & conditions set out by Council in the tender documents. It is envisaged that the successful operator will enter into an Agreement to Lease & a Lease Agreement with Council. The facilities within the precinct are currently under construction and are expected to be completed in early 2010.

Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Additional Details / Instructions

The lease term will be for a prescribed period allowable under Section 47 of The Local Government Act 1993 (leases & licences in respect of community land – terms greater than 5 years) and The Retail Leases Act 1994.
