Tender Details

From the submissions received Council will establish one primary contractor to complete the works. The work entails:

· Construction of Approx 500 m of new four lane road pavement with median and cul-de-sac.

· Construction of new intersection at the “Estate Road” but only up to the limit of works on the “Estate Road”.

· Maintenance of existing access arrangements for both builders and trades associated with the adjacent building works.

· Construction of new electrical reticulation works.

· Traffic Management.

· Streetscape.

· OH&S Control & Management.

· Soil & Water Management.
