The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:

Upgrade of metal roofs on Blocks ABCDEFG including renewal of metal roof sheeting and items such as flashings, cappings, box gutters and insulation. Associated roof plumbing works.  

The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.
