Sydney Metro requires the services of an appropriately experienced and capable service provider that can demonstrate proficiency and experience in the delivery of a supplier relationship management and collaboration framework and commensurate business capacity to foster a best in class 360-degree feedback solution, including the provision of sufficiently viable software product and associated professional services.

Sydney Metro is seeking to engage a Proponent that can demonstrate:

• Delivery of relationship / behavioural coaching to perform contractor performance management in the last 5 years; and

• Provision of a secure Software-as-a-Service solution (SaaS), to perform contractor performance management in the last 5 years

Sydney Metro is delivering Australia’s biggest public transport program. As a new standalone railway, this 21st century network will revolutionise the way Sydney travels.
