This TfNSW Request for Proposal (RFP) relates to the procurement of logistics services – warehousing, fulfilment and distribution services. Stakeholders across the Transport cluster have a requirement for logistics services including: off-site storage, pick and pack and despatch, freight/distribution, kitting, customer order management and fulfilment, event merchandise management (on demand issuing/returning of banners, kiosks, etc), call centre management, campaign management, demand management and activity reporting.
