Your completed response should be lodged as required by the RFT documents.

During the lodgement process all responses are encrypted by the system for security.
All responses that are received can only be accessed, decrypted and opened after the RFT has officially closed. This is done by a controlled process by the Agency’s formal Tender Opening Committee.
