Tender Details

Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for T39-24 Blackspot Program 2023-2024 Part 2 consisting of the following two projects: 

•Separable Portion 1 (SP1): Clarke Street Raised Threshold

•Separable Portion 2 (SP2): Queen Street Traffic Calming Devices

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request. 

(1) SP1: Clarke Street Raised Threshold:

Clarke Street is small project which consists of a speed cushion and associated work including but not limited to asphalting, line marking, signage, and temporary fencing. It is required for this job to be finalised and Project Completion achieved by end of April. For more information, refer to drawings which are separately attached to this document.

(2) SP2: Queen Street Traffic Calming Devices:
 
Queen Street Traffic Calming Devices also has a similar timeline to Clarke Street which is to be completed by end of April. This project consists of various traffic calming devices such as Speed humps and change of alignment on the kerb. For more information, refer to drawings which are separately attached to this document.
