Tender Details
Venues NSW is requesting Expression of Interest submissions in relation to Internal Broadcasting and Production Suite Technical Services for Venues NSW Sites. This is stage 1 (the first stage) of a multistage procurement process conducted by Venues NSW. Venues NSW will as part of the Expression of Interest evaluate, rank and shortlist EOI Tender Responses/Tenderers to progress to stage 2 (being a selective/limited tender process) for one or multiple contract opportunities for multiple sites across the Venues NSW Network of Venues.
Genuine Interested Tenderers to this Expression of Interest should upload the soft copies of the Expression of Interest Tender Documentation which is inclusive of:
- Part A - Overview and Conditions of Tendering;
- Part B - EOI Scope of Services;
- Part C1 - Part C1. EOI Non-Price Returnable Schedule; and
- Part C2. EOI Variable Schedule of Rates.
Venues NSW will evaluate all EOI Tender Responses, then rank and select shortlisted Tenderers to progress to stage 2 being a selective/limited stage.

Estimated Timeframe for Delivery
Venues NSW intends to finalise the evaluation of all Expression of Interest Tender Responses by Mid-to-Late April 2024 (dependent on volume of EOI Tender Responses). Venues NSW will then provide written correspondence to all EOI Tenderers/Respondents to state the outcome of the evaluation and the selection of shortlisted Tenderers that have been successful in progressing to stage 2.
