Tender Details

The New South Wales Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) is calling for a Registration of Interest from a developer, builder, housing provider, investor or other qualified entity or consortium to buy or redevelop the site.

The site is in Port Macquarie, bounded by Grant (west), Mowle (east), Gordon (south) and Church (north) Streets. The site comprises 12 lots of which 11 are contiguous, and 1 is separated by a privately-owned lot in between. 

Through asset recycling, LAHC would prefer to receive new social housing units as part of the redevelopment, at no cost to LAHC.  LAHC is open to considering different sale, development and leasehold structures, and innovative renewal solutions.
