Tender Details

The Department is establishing a panel of professional service providers for the implementation and support of applications built on Pega platform.

The panel members are expected to support the Department by providing the following services: provide the following services to the Department

•New application implementation

•Application enhancements

•Proof of concept

•Solution design

•Project estimation

•Support and maintenance

To provision the above-mentioned services, the panel members are expected to provide the following expertise:

•Pega developer/architect (CLSA, CSSA, CSA,)

•Pega business analyst/Business architect

•Pega UI Specialist (CUIS) or front-end developer with Pega experience

•Project Manager

•Scrum Master

Location

NSW Regions: Far North Coast, Mid North Coast, New England, Central Coast, Hunter, Cumberland/Prospect, Nepean, Northern Sydney, Inner West, South East Sydney, South West Sydney, Central West, Orana/Far West, Riverina/Murray, Illawarra, Southern Highlands
States and Territories: ACT, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, WA

Conditions for Participation

Suppliers to have Advanced status prequalification under NSW Government SCM 0020 ICT Services Scheme – ‘Category M – Systems and Solutions’ before the RFQ Close Date.
