Newland Reserve Stormwater Drainage and Wetland Works - T30-10

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake Newland Reserve Stormwater Drainage and Wetland Works 

Works under this Contract generally include:

·        Removal of silt and vegetation from the existing pond

·        Construction of Block wall bund to divert water

·        Construction of earth embankments in pond

·        Construction of southern channel to ease water circulation

·        Excavation and lay 450mm and 600mm dia stormwater concrete pipes

·        Construction of  trash rack

·        Construction of minor kerb and gutter and road works

·        Landscaping works

Details of scope of works are listed in Section E, Clause E2 “Extent of Works”.

There will be a mandatory tender briefing on Thursday 20/05/2010 @ 10:00am on site at Newland Reserve at the intersection of Newland Ave and Bugden Ave.

Failure to attend the above meeting shall lead to no further consideration of the tender submission.
