Tender Details
The successful Tenderer will provide all facilities management functions, operational management, management systems, service coordination, reporting, and all other management functions associated with the delivery of the Multi-Agency Facilities Management Services.
The Services to be provided under the Services Agreement include the following:
• Transition In Services;
• Due Diligence Services;
• Management Services;
• Reactive Maintenance Services;
• Pest Control;
• Grounds Maintenance;
• Test & Tag Services;
• PPM Services;
• Corrective Maintenance Services; and
• Minor Works.
The successful Tenderer must not appoint any other contractor to undertake the management Services functions of the successful Tenderer (as the Contractor) in relation to the delivery of the services

Conditions for Participation
Tenders will only be considered from entities that have accredited systems as Itemised in “23_05_11 Multi-Agency FM Contract RFT Briefing Letter, Multi-Agency Facilities Management (FM) Contract – Briefing Clause 4 - Conditions for release of RFT Documentation”.
There is a mandatory pre-tender meeting to be held using Microsoft Teams on Tuesday 23 May 2023 at 2:00 PM.
Envelope 1 and any supporting information shall be supplied using the file “Part C - Non Price Response Schedule V2.xlsx”
Envelope 2 shall be submitted using the file “Part C Attachment 1 - Pricing Schedule V6.xlsx”
