Tender Details
NSWPF will provide the successful Proponent(s)with all the data it has to assist in this Project. The Proponent(s) will need to use its own means to add to the data provided and a physical site visit to each site may be required and is desirable to enable the provision of the requested deliverables to NSWPF.
At the conclusion of this work NSWPF expect to have documented the current structural status and condition of the structure, hut and other infrastructure (fence, solar panels etc), “as built“ style drawings and an Radio Communication Site Management Book (RCSMB, a site folder) containing all available data.

Additional Details / Instructions
All prospective Proponents need to Execute a Confidentiality Agreement prior to NSWPF releasing the CD-ROM containing the Site List and the Pricing Schedule (Attachment A).
The work relating to this project must be completed prior to end of June as stated in the RFP Documents.
Conditions for Participation
Proponents must complete this project before end of June 2009.
