Office Fit Out Levels 5 & 6 - T14-10

1. The project works involve the interior fit out of Levels 5 and 6 of Bankstown Civic Tower for Bankstown City Council, as outlined in the following schedule:

(1)                Minor demolition works

(2)                New plasterboard & glazed partitions, and alterations to existing partitions

(3)                Co-ordination only of carpet installation by separate Contractor

(4)                New joinery items as detailed

(5)                Alterations to & reinstallation of existing joinery items

(6)                New wall tiles to splashbacks

(7)                Painting

(8)                Hydraulic, Mechanical and Electrical Services, including co-ordination only of data installation undertaken by Council

(9)                Dismantling and relocating existing fixed furniture (workstations and screens) from Council offices areas at Level 1 and Level 5, 41-45 Rickard Road premises to area of new fitout in Civic Tower

(10)             Associated repair, levelling, reinstatement and modification works to existing suspended metal pan ceiling

Mandatory Site Inspection either time

Also, the site inspection will visit Levels 1 and 4 of 41-45 Rickard Road, Bankstown, where Civic Design and Civic Services are currently situated.

Only those who attended site inspection can tender
