WNP Camp Blackman 1 Amenity Upgrade Construction - RFT-10054751

The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to: 

Construction of WNP Camp 1 Amenity Upgrade. Existing building to be demolished and replace with a new architectural design building on the same site.

The successful contractor will be responsible for the demolition and disposal of existing building and construct a new building per design including paving of precinct, parking area improvement and the installation of services. 

The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.

Mandatory Pre-Tender Site Meeting

A mandatory pre-tender site meeting will be held at Warrumbungle National Parks, Camp Blackman 1 Site at 11:00AM on 11th April 2023. Attendance at the meeting is compulsory. Tenders received from contractors not in attendance at the site meeting will not be considered for acceptance.

Electronic Tender Box Security

This is done though a controlled Tender Opening process managed by the Agency’s Tender Opening Committee.
