Maintenance of Fire Extinguishing Equipment & Provision of professional services - 0702190

SCCB Contract for maintenance of fire extinguishing equipment and provision of professional services for whole of government client agencies on a as required basis for a period of three years with two one year options to extend.

The purpose of the maintenance service of the fire extinguishing equipment in the Customer Facilities is to ensure that the fire safety systems are capable to provide the same level of performance as when they were installed in a cost effective manner and so that the customer has access to a professional advisory service on issues related to the fire safety and compliance.

This service is to be delivered through a performance management contract and will be monitored in terms of cost effectiveness and value to customers.

A 'highly desirable' pre-tender briefing will be held in Sydney city at McKell Bldg, Level 4, on Tuesday 25/11/2008 at 3.30 pm (see RFT documents for more details)

The Contract seeks to establish up to three contractors in each region (Regions 1 to 10) and up to six contractors in Region 11.
