NSW Police maintains a centralised area for the processing and co-ordination of all transcripts. Investigative Systems Support (ISS) is the unit currently responsible and is located at the Sydney Police Centre. All pick-ups and deliveries under the terms of the proposed Contract will be to the ISS.
The Unit operates within rigid time frames influenced by specific Court dates.The transcription services sought fall into three distinct categories:

- CATEGORY A: Transcription of interview recordings on Contractor/s premises.
- CATEGORY B: Transcription of non-interview recordings on Contractor/s premises.
- CATEGORY C: Transcription of poor-quality recordings and recordings required to be transcribed on Principal?s premises or other nominated site, and other recordings to be transcribed at an hourly rate.
