Purpose
This NOTICE to prospective interested parties is to advise that some draft documents relating to the forthcoming proposed tender/contact C1006 are avaliable for downloading, review and comment.
NSW Procurement is issuing this draft documentation (c1006 Pre-release) in response to industry feedback as forward information to organisations interested in participating in RFT 0701189 - Workplace Supplies for NSW Government. Proposed Contact-1006
These documents outline the project scope and includes a draft detailed item list of deliverables.
Organisations should note that the documentation provided is for information only and does not constitute a Request for Tender (RFT).
The actual RFT 0701189 will be released on 12 September 2008 and will be open for a period of 8 weeks.

Additional Details / Instructions
Software Requirements for forthcoming Tender
Only a softcopy (electronic downloadable files) of the forthcoming RFT, will be available. The main RFT file will be in *.DTT file format.
To be able to open the proposed main RFT file ie *.DTT and to prepare your tender you will need to use the 'DMax Lite' software.
DMax Lite is manufactured by 'DecisionMax Pty Ltd'. DMax Lite is MS Windows compatible only.
If you do not already have a current and licensed copy of 'DMax Lite' v5.1 software, a copy of the software will be available to downloaded from this site at no cost as part of the RFT files download process.
The License Key to activate this software will also be able to be purchased at $110 via this web site.
The tenderer is responsible for the provision and installation of all necessary software.
