The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:

Construction of a new fire statation at Grahamstown (Raymond Terrace).

The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A RE-TENDERED WORK. DUE TO CLIENT RQUIREMENTS, THE SCOPE OF THE WORK WAS CHANGED FROM THE ORIGINAL TENDER.
