Tender Details
The primary objective of this RFT is to arrange a panel of contractors for product category A Portable Fire Extinguishers for Whole of Government & product category B Portable Fire Extinguishers for NSW Fire Brigades that will offer value and quality to government.
The supply and delivery of this equipment will be on a single unit purchase basis and delivery will be Free-Into-Store (FIS) to any site within the state of NSW. This contract does not include installation or any maintenance services for this product equipment.
To be considered for other product categories C, Fire Blankets, D, Fire Hose Reels and E, Ancillary Equipment tenderer/s must be successful for either product category A and/or B.
The core requirement of this RFT is for the supply of Fire Extinguishers.

The RFT is are made available in "* . DTT" format only. This format is specific to the software, 'DMax Lite', that is manufactured by 'DecisionMax Pty Ltd'.
Please note and act on the following -
To open the RFT main document file (ie the ***.DTT) and to prepare your tender you will need to use the 'Dmax Lite' software.
If you do not already have a current and licenced copy of 'Dmax Lite' v5.1 software, a copy of the software can be downloaded from this site as part of your download process for free.
The licence key to activate the software can then be purchased also via this web site.
After you log in and access the RFT more options will be presented to you relating to the software download and License key.
Lodging a tender:
Your completed tender in the required software format MUST be lodged electronically via this RFT web page.
Click on the blue LODGE A RESPONSE link at the bottom of this page and follow the on-screen instructions.
As the tenderer you must be a registered user of this tendering web site.
Your tender MUST include at least one file in *.DTR format.
Other PC requirements:
